The office receives clients from 9 am to 5 pm. Booking ahead by phone or WhatsApp is recommended.

A relative has been arrested or summoned — what should we do?
Make no statement without advice. Contact the office immediately with all available information (summons, police report, case number…). The person charged is entitled to a lawyer at every stage, and an application for provisional release can be made.
What should I bring to the first appointment?
Your national ID card and every document related to the matter: contracts, previous judgments, police reports, summonses, medical certificates or letters. The more complete the file, the more precise the advice.
How are fees set?
According to the nature and complexity of the case; they are agreed clearly before any step, in line with the customs of the profession.
I live outside Tetouan or abroad — can you represent me?
Yes. With a certified power of attorney, you can be represented in court without travelling, with remote follow-up by phone and WhatsApp throughout the proceedings.
